Order Processing
All orders are processed from our fulfillment hub in Cairo, Egypt.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message acknowledging that your order has been received and is being processed.
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 3–7 working days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and operational workload.
Shipping Within Egypt
Orders are delivered across Egypt through our trusted courier partners.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination city and courier operations. While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible, Nuvira is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive shipment updates and tracking information, depending on the courier service used for delivery.
Order Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are welcome to inspect their order upon delivery before accepting it.
If you decide not to accept the order after inspection for any reason, only the shipping charges applied by the courier company will be payable by the customer.
Once an order has been inspected and accepted by the customer, it is considered final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
This policy does not apply to manufacturing defects or to cases where the delivered item differs from the confirmed order. In such cases, Nuvira reserves the right to review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.
