Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Cairo through one of our trusted courier partners, delivering to all areas across Egypt.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. You will also be notified once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and order volume. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Inspection & Return Policy

Customers are welcome to inspect their order upon delivery before accepting it.

Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after an order has been received and accepted by the customer.

If, during inspection, the customer decides not to receive the order for any reason, only the shipping charges imposed by the courier company will apply. The applicable shipping fee will be communicated by the courier at the time of delivery.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Orders that have been inspected and accepted by the customer are considered final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
