Return & Refund Policy

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item meets the return conditions below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn, except for trying it on
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• In its original condition
• Free from perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, stains, or signs of wear
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned with all pieces if the item was sold as a set

We inspect all returned items once they reach NUVIRA.

Submitting a return request does not automatically approve a refund.

If the item comes back used, washed, altered, damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition, we may refuse the return.

Return Process

The return process is:

Return Request → Item Collection → Inspection → Refund Approval

Once the courier collects the item, the full return and refund process may take up to 14 working days.

This includes the time needed for the item to reach us, be inspected by our team, and for the refund to be processed after approval.

If the item meets the return conditions, we will approve the refund.

If the item does not meet the conditions above, our team will contact you.

Sale & Discounted Items

Sale and discounted items are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund.

This does not apply if:

• NUVIRA sent the wrong item
• NUVIRA sent the wrong size or color compared to the confirmed order
• The item has a confirmed manufacturing defect

Sale items may still be eligible for exchange according to our Exchange Policy.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, no longer want it, or for another reason not caused by a NUVIRA error or manufacturing defect, we will confirm the applicable return shipping cost with you before collection.

If the return is due to an incorrect item sent by NUVIRA or a confirmed manufacturing defect, NUVIRA will cover the applicable shipping costs.

Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

We may need to return the item to NUVIRA for inspection before approving the case.

Examples of manufacturing defects may include:

• Faulty stitching
• Fabric defects
• Missing parts
• Incorrectly attached details
• A manufacturing issue that affects the normal use of the product

Damage caused by misuse, improper washing, friction, alterations, incorrect ironing, bleach, accidental damage, or normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, NUVIRA will cover the applicable shipping costs and handle the case accordingly.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will process the refund using the available refund method agreed with our team.

We process refunds only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping charges already paid are not automatically refundable unless the return is due to a NUVIRA error or a confirmed manufacturing defect.
